Emma Dakin

Emma Dakin is an experienced Senior Project Delivery Manager at Tribepad since September 2021, where responsibilities include onboarding new customers and managing project implementations to go live. Prior to this role, Emma served as a System Trainer at Civica from July 2014 to September 2021, focusing on integrating the Trac system within NHS Trusts across the UK. Emma's earlier positions included System Administrator, Shop Assistant, Catering Assistant, and Product Designer, demonstrating a diverse background in customer service and product design. Emma earned a Master’s degree in Product Design from Sheffield Hallam University between 2008 and 2012 and completed GCSE and A levels at Lady Manners from 2002 to 2008.
