Khatija Becker has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Khatija started their career as an apprentice at Frama Deutschland GmbH in 2007 and worked there until 2009. In 2010, they joined Breidenbacher Hof as a Contact Person for VIP Guests and stayed until 2012. Following that, Khatija worked briefly at Commerzbank AG in a customer service role in 2011. In 2011, they also started working at Diesel Deutschland GmbH as an HR Team Assistant, where they have been employed ever since. In 2017, Khatija ventured into entrepreneurship and founded their own business called Khatija's Cake Pop. Most recently, they joined Tribes Inspiring Workplaces in 2018 as the Manager of Sales in Duesseldorf.
Khatija Becker attended Max-Weber-Berufskolleg Düsseldorf, where they studied Dialogmarketing and earned a degree in Kauffrau im Dialogmarketing.
