Christopher Cai

Christopher Cai has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Christopher has worked as the Head of Engineering at Tribe since January 2024 and as the Engineering Manager since April 2023. Prior to that, Christopher was a Co-Founder at Shiip.io, where they provided CTO consultancy services for early-stage startups and SMEs. Christopher also co-founded sabisu.dev (previously known as Mashcrate), where they led the Product team and developed frameworks for capturing client requirements. Christopher has held leadership positions such as Principal Engineer at SensorFlow and Director of Product Management at Moovaz. Christopher has also worked as an Engineering Manager at Carousell and was the Chief Technical Officer at SUN Ventures. Additionally, Christopher has experience as CEO at Sphere POS and as the Lead Developer at Viddsee and Intraix. Throughout their career, Christopher has demonstrated a strong focus on product development, design thinking strategies, and team leadership.

Christopher Cai completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore from 2008 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Anglo-Chinese Junior College from 2004 to 2005 and Anglo-Chinese School (Barker Road) from 2000 to 2003.
