Thomas Tasker

Thomas Tasker has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Thomas is currently working as a Software Engineer at Tribute Technology since 2022, where they are involved in planning, design, and development of microservices for payments company-wide. Prior to this, they worked at FuneralTech as a Software Engineer from 2020 to 2022, where they were responsible for feature planning, design, creation, and release of the Client Management System product. Thomas also developed web-scrapers and managed data conversion for onboarding clients.

Before that, Thomas worked at KFLA Public Health as an Application Developer from 2018 to 2019. Thomas'srole involved maintaining and updating healthcare data systems and building a business analytics dashboard for monitoring bed usage. Thomas also had a role as a Technology Analyst at JPMorgan Chase from 2013 to 2015.

In 2012, Thomas had internships at Citi as an Expense Management Analytics Intern and at the Saltire Foundation, where they gained experience working with large datasets for global data dissemination optimization. Thomas also served as the Treasurer of the Edinburgh University Japanese Society from 2011 to 2012.

Thomas Tasker attended The University of Edinburgh from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Cognitive Science.
