Tricera Tech is an engineering design and management consulting firm located in San Jose, CA at the heart of the Silicon Valley.  Tricera Tech specializes in electrical, firmware, and software engineering, with an expertise in medical and biotech device product development.  With experience taking products throughout the development lifecycle, from prototype to manufacturing, Tricera Tech is a trusted partner in taking product ideas from concept to reality.

Tricera Tech was founded by Wayne Hopp, an electrical and software engineer with over a decade of experience working for product development companies in both engineering and management roles.  As a design consultant, Wayne has worked on over 60 projects in his career and been exposed to a wide variety of technologies.  Driven by his passion for product development and collaborating on life changing ideas, Wayne founded Tricera Tech in 2018 with a focus on providing quality design at a value price.
