With headquarters in Dubuque, Iowa and operations in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Tricon has been providing general contracting and construction management services to the Midwest area of IA, IL, and WI since 1998.

In addition to managing the entire building process our crews have the ability to self-perform many trades including steel erection, custom pre-cast panel erection, concrete and foundations, carpentry, demolition, pre-engineered buildings, and specialized equipment installations.
