Cassandra Dobrzynski

Cassandra Dobrzynski is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Program and Systems Manager at Tridel since February 2020, where responsibilities include managing the Dayforce Implementation Project across various HR functions such as Recruitment, Compensation, and Payroll. Cassandra has over five years of experience using Dayforce and is proficient in additional systems such as Viva Glint, Articulate Rise, SiteDocs, Microsoft Suite, and PowerBI. Prior to Tridel, Cassandra held multiple roles at RESCON, including Assistant People and Culture Manager, contributing to membership growth and engagement. Earlier experience includes a Human Resources Student position at Humber College, supporting an industry-sponsored project. Education consists of a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Guelph-Humber and further studies at Humber College.
