Duwayne Robinson

Duwayne Robinson serves as the Senior Manager of Customer Experience at Tridel since February 2018, focusing on evolving customer-related processes to align with industry best practices and the Tridel brand. Prior to this, Duwayne held the role of Manager of Quality Assurance & Warranty within Customer Care at Tridel, where responsibilities included assisting homeowners with new purchases. In addition, Duwayne has been a Content Developer for BaBa Dee’s, amassing over 1.5 million YouTube views and more than 10,000 subscribers. As a Freelance Photographer since 2009, Duwayne has cultivated a diverse skill set. Previous experience includes positions as Operations Manager at FedEx Office and Kitchen Sales Manager at IKEA Canada, along with Inventory/Sales Manager at Best Buy Canada. Duwayne's educational background includes studies at Humber College and Don Bosco Catholic Secondary School.
