Leanne Joffre

Leanne Joffre (CHRL) is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in people management, organizational culture, and social impact. Currently serving as the Head/Vice President of People, Culture and Social Impact at Tridel since March 2023, Leanne previously founded Experience Simplified, a consultancy focused on HR transformation and talent optimization. Leanne's notable roles include Human Resources Director at Stryker, where responsibilities encompassed HR strategy across multiple regions, and Senior Director of Talent at Sienna Senior Living, overseeing comprehensive talent management for a workforce of 12,500. Additionally, Leanne has held leadership positions at Centric Health and Wal-Mart, where contributions included strategic HR initiatives, change management, and performance management.
