Micah Pena

Micah Pena, CPA, CMA, serves as the Manager of Project Accounting at Tridel since March 2013, having previously held the position of Senior Project Accountant within the same company. As a co-founder of Inovatus Group from June 2011 to October 2019, Micah focused on enhancing public financial awareness and education, while promoting innovative wealth-building strategies. Additionally, Micah contributed to the Parent Education Network as a Board Member from August 2014 to August 2016 and worked as an Accountant at Somerville Merchandising Inc. from September 2010 to March 2013, where responsibilities included financial analysis and general ledger maintenance. Prior experience includes a role as a Financial Analyst at Rody & Co. Marketing, managing significant inventory budgets and conducting sales analysis. Micah holds a Certified Management Accountant designation from CMA Ontario (2010-2011) and a Bachelor of Administrative Studies, Specialized Honours in Accounting from York University (2004-2008).
