Eterna W. has a long history of work experience in the IT field. In 2004, they began their career as an IT Manager at Upper Deck. Eterna then moved to First Allied Securities in 2009, where they worked as the Vice President of End User Computing. In 2012, they joined ICW Group as the IT Director, where they managed Information Technology Operations staff and developed policies and procedures. In 2018, they moved to VMware as a Technical Account Manager. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Triden Group as a Cyber Security Strategist, Digital Transformation Evangelist, and Business Development Manager, where they are responsible for maintaining existing customer accounts and acquiring new customers.

Eterna W. has a background in Computer Electronics Technology from the CLC of Washington.
