Sam Mouseli

Sam Mouseli has over 12 years of professional experience in the IT industry, starting with a Network Engineer role at Trinity Mirror Group PLC in 2008. In 2011, they moved to Sharif University of Technology (LAITEC) where they worked as a Network Instructor and Engineer. In 2015, they joined ConvergeOne as a Senior Network Engineer and was responsible for handling Day-2 support tickets as part of a big Network Infrastructure support team. Sam also managed and maintained network infrastructure for various customers, ensuring agreed SLAs and maximum uptime. In 2021, they joined Triden Group as a Lead Senior Network Engineer.

Sam Mouseli completed a Master of Science in Computer Architecture at Iran University of Science & Technology from 2004 to 2007. In 2008 and 2009, they attended London College of Computing where they obtained Cisco CCNA & CCNP Certifications in Computer Networking. During the same period, they also studied at The University of Westminster, taking IELTs and Advanced Business English Courses. In 2013, Sam completed a LPIC Linux Course at Sharif University (LAITEC Institute) in Computer Networking. Additionally, Sam has obtained a number of certifications, including an OLAN Operations Associate and OLAN Operations Knowledge from Tellabs in 2020, a CCNP Enterprise from Cisco in 2020, a Certified Meraki Networking Associate from Cisco Meraki, a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA), and a Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice (CCNA).
