Eric Waters

Senior Superintendent at Trident Construction Group

Eric Waters is a Sr. Superintendent at Trident Construction Group. Eric has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry.

Eric began their career in 1987 as a crane flagman for Enterprise Construction, Inc. Eric then worked as a crane flagman for Holder Construction Company from 1989 to 1990. In 1990, they were promoted to supervisor at Lake Seminole Square. Eric held this position until 1995 when they left to work as a general construction foreman for Brown & Root Industrial Services, LLC.

In 1998, Eric returned to Holder Construction Company as a superintendent. Eric oversaw the construction of several military facilities in Taszar, Hungary, including a mobile army surgical hospital, an ammunition storage facility, and a hangar for unmanned aerial vehicles. Eric remained with Holder Construction Company until July 2020 when they joined Trident Construction Group.

Eric Waters completed high school at Waverly-Shell Rock Senior High School in Iowa. Eric then moved to Anchorage, Alaska and completed a high school diploma at East High School. Eric has also completed a certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute in 30-hour Construction Safety and Health.
