Carol Barton, MBA, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished operations, human resources, and finance professional with extensive experience in multi-unit operations management. Previously, they served as Regional Director of Operations at both Massage Envy and Connect Hearing US, and as the Executive Director of Client Success and Human Resources at Instructional Empowerment, where they significantly improved employee retention and client satisfaction. Currently, they are the Corporate Human Resource Manager at Trident Security Solutions, overseeing a workforce of over 400 employees while managing recruitment and aligning HR initiatives with strategic business goals. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Sociology at Kennesaw State University and a Master of Business Administration at Colorado State University.
