Trident Systems
Christopher Lin is a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Trident Systems since August 2020, with prior experience in similar roles at Fibertek Inc. and Adaptive Methods. At Fibertek, Christopher designed laser optical and electrical assemblies, leveraging Creo/ProE for optimization, and performed survivability analysis using Ansys. In earlier roles, Christopher contributed to mechanical assembly design and SBIR proposal writing at Adaptive Methods, and at Commonwealth Technology, Inc., focused on multi-axis positioner systems and geometric dimensioning for manufacturing. A Mechanical Engineer at NAVSEA, Christopher worked on the AC-130J/W Gun Weapon System, utilizing LS-Dyna for dynamic load analysis. Initial experience as a Research Assistant at Duke University involved fluid flow experiments and contact angle studies. Christopher holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University.
