Matt Beyea

Matt Beyea is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in hardware engineering and system design. Currently serving as the Principal Systems Engineer at Trident Systems Incorporated since November 2022, Beyea previously held the position of Director of Hardware Engineering at Savi Technology from January 2016 to October 2022. Prior to that, significant contributions were made at Trimble from July 1998 to November 2015, where Beyea held multiple roles, including Senior Hardware Design Engineer and Hardware Design Engineer, overseeing the complete life-cycle of hardware products and focusing on high-volume manufacturing processes. Earlier experience includes an Application Engineer role at Trimble and an Electrical Engineering Internship at Qualcomm. Beyea holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UC San Diego.
