Emma Pratt has over two decades of experience in quality assurance and customer service roles within the printing and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Sonoco-Trident since December 2004, Emma previously held the position of Quality Analyst, where responsibilities included managing quality systems, conducting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with production standards. Prior to this, Emma worked as an Assistant Quality Analyst at Keating Gravure Systems (UK) and as a Production Controller at Keating Gravure Systems (Ireland), gaining expertise in ISO standard implementation and production scheduling. Emma’s career began at Tecnograv Digital Systems as a Quality Control/Customer Service Representative. Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Psychology from London Guildhall University.
