Kristina Ehrhardt

Kristina Ehrhardt has extensive experience in customer service, having worked in various roles since 1997. Currently employed at Sonoco-Trident since August 2019, Kristina has a history of customer service positions at the same company, as well as Zumbiel Packaging and other organizations. Prior to working in customer service, Kristina operated a state-certified in-home daycare, managing children's care and development while handling business operations. Kristina’s earlier career included roles such as Customer Service Manager at DPI Secuprint and Account Manager at Monroe Graphics, showcasing strong skills in project management, client relations, and sales. Kristina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Journalism and Psychology from St. John Fisher University.
