Marlo Dilks, MHA, MLS (ASCP), CPHQ, is the National Director of Laboratory QA at TridentCare, bringing over 30 years of experience in clinical laboratory settings. In this role, Marlo oversees quality assurance initiatives and patient safety, committed to enhancing laboratory practices and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Marlo holds a master’s degree in health care administration from Oklahoma State University and a bachelor's degree in medical technology from the University of Delaware. Prior experience includes roles at institutions such as Jefferson Health, Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, and Abbott Point of Care.
