Heena Joshi is a professional with diverse experience in the textile industry. Currently serving as a Functional Lead in Automation at Trident Group India since September 2022, Heena focuses on production planning for the Cut, Stitch, and Pack (CSP) machinery within the Texpa section, utilizing methodologies such as FIFO, TPM, MMM, 6S, and QC. Previous experience includes a Graduate Engineering Trainee position at Himatsingka Group and roles in quality assurance at BIBA Apparels and spinning operations at DCM Textiles and GBTL. Heena holds a Bachelor of Technology in Fashion Merchandising from The Technological Institute of Textiles & Sciences and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Marketing from NMIMS CDOE, expected to complete in March 2027.
