Himanki B.

Himanki B. is a people-centric HR practitioner currently working as a People Officer (IR/HR) at Trident Group, where they implement workplace policies and manage employee relations. Previously, Himanki gained hands-on HR experience as a Human Resources Trainee at Ramani Ice-cream Co. Ltd., and contributed to community initiatives as a trainee with YOUTH FOR SEVA and Zila Panchayat Bhopal. They also completed internships focused on social work and child rights at Ek Sakha Social Welfare Society. Himanki holds a Master of Social Work in HR and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from The Bhopal School of Social Sciences.
