Simon Goerger

Simon Goerger is a Senior Solutions Architect at Trideum Corporation since January 2023, leading project teams to develop innovative solutions in response to emerging customer needs. Simon has held a long-term commitment to the Military Operations Research Society (MORS) as a Fellow, previously serving as President and on the Board of Directors. Simon's extensive experience includes roles at the Institute for Systems Engineering Research and the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center, focusing on collaborative interdisciplinary problem-solving for national security. Simon's career includes significant positions within the U.S. Army, such as Operations Research Analyst and COL, where readiness assessment and analysis were key responsibilities. Educationally, Simon holds advanced degrees from the Naval Postgraduate School, National War College, and the United States Military Academy at West Point, underpinning a robust background in computer science, national security strategy, and modeling.
