Together, our founders possess over ninety years of results-driven leadership expertise in three highly demanding professions: U.S. Navy SEALs, professional sports, and executive business. Andrew Pence is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL Captain and PhD candidate (2025) in Leadership Studies at the University of San Diego. Jim Brogan is a former professional basketball player (NBA) turned neurological performance analyst and leadership coach. Dave Hubinger is a former president of a multi-billion-dollar division at Nestlé and holds a PhD in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego. By gaining exposure to new leadership skills and behaviors from these diverse domains, our clients gain a multi-faceted toolkit that enables them to adapt to challenges, build strong teams, communicate effectively, make strategic decisions, and drive performance. No other leadership development company can equip its clients with the combined skills and leadership best practices from these three commanding disciplines to help them make significant and lasting impacts to their organizations.
