Tony Jakens

Tony Jakens has a diverse professional background with experience in various administrative and customer service roles. From April 2004 to April 2006, Tonyserved as a Sales Administrator at A-Sure Technologies Ltd. Tony then joined Office Angels in April 2006 as an Administrator. Following this, Tony worked at Clancy from October 2014 to April 2015 as both Planning Team Leader and Senior Administrator. Tony had a brief stint as a Customer Service Advisor at DHL Express UK in mid-2015 and subsequently served as a Customer Service Assistant at Tridium until February 2016. Tony advanced to the role of Buyer/Supply Chain Specialist and Senior Customer Experience Supervisor at Tridium from February 2016 to October 2019. To complement professional experience, Tony completed a CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply at Crawley College from 2017 to 2018, and earlier achieved a high school diploma from Oakwood Secondary School Horley between 1989 and 1993.
