Yuley Chen is currently the Sr. R&D manager at Tridonic, where they lead digital gears solutions and oversee technology and concept development in Asia. Previously, they served as a Sr. R&D manager at LEDVANCE from 2016 to 2021 and briefly held the same title at OSRAM in 2016. Yuley holds a master's degree in Power Systems and Automation from 西南交通大学 (SWJTU), which they completed between 2003 and 2006.
