Ofer Shadmi

Ofer Shadmi has a wealth of experience in engineering and project management. Ofer is currently the Director of Engineering at TriEye, a company specializing in advanced technologies. Prior to this, Ofer worked at Pearls of Wisdom Advanced Technologies Ltd., where they held multiple roles including VP of Research & Development and Project Manager. In these roles, they led the development of IoT sensing solutions and oversaw the entire product lifecycle. Ofer also worked at BIRD Aerosystems as a System Engineer, where they developed and integrated control algorithms for airborne surveillance systems. Ofer began their career at IAI as an Algorithm Developer and System Engineer, focusing on software architecture and algorithmic software development for satellite systems.

Ofer Shadmi completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Physics, and Math from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2003. Ofer was a graduate of the Talpiot Program during their time there. Ofer later pursued a Master of Engineering degree in System Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2009.
