Cecilia Malmsten

Cecilia Malmsten has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Cecilia is currently serving as the Head of Administration, Human Resources, and HSE at Trifilon since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Economy, HR, and Organizational Support at Trifilon from March 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining Trifilon, Cecilia worked at Systembolaget AB, where they held the position of HR-administrator from August 2020 to February 2021. Cecilia also served as a Sales Manager with leadership responsibilities from June 2019 to August 2020 at the same company.

Cecilia's earlier work experience includes their roles at Systembolaget AB, where they worked as a Member of the Management Team and Administrative Sales with Occupational Health and Safety Responsibilities from November 2013 to August 2018. Additionally, they held the position of Store Manager from February 2017 to January 2018.

Furthermore, Cecilia had ownership of CeMa Dryckesupplevelser from 2012 to 2015. Cecilia also worked as a Sommelier and Head Waitress at Skafferiet Bar och Matsal from December 2011 to November 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Restaurant Manager at Sävö Krog from May 2009 to October 2012.

Cecilia Malmsten's education history is as follows:

From 2023 to 2025, Cecilia attended Mid Sweden University and completed a Magisterprogram Arbetsmiljöstrateg 50% degree.

In 2021 to 2022, they studied at University West and obtained a Magisterprogram i Ledarskap - Leda, Styra & Organisera degree in Företagsekonomi (Business Administration).

From 2018 to 2021, Cecilia pursued a Bachelor's degree in Företagsekonomi with a specialization in Organisation och Ledarskap (Organization and Leadership) at University West.

In 2012, Cecilia obtained a Sommelier degree from Vinkällan, where they focused on studying Dryck (Beverages).

From 2009 to 2011, they attended Stensunds Folkhögskola, Trosa, and completed a certification as a Certifierad Behandlingspedagog (Certified Treatment Educator).

In addition to their formal education, Cecilia has obtained additional certifications. In September 2017, they received a certification in HLR Hjärt och Lungräddning (Cardio-pulmonary Resuscitation) from Previa Företagshälsovård. Furthermore, in June 2011, they completed a certification in Motiverande Samtal (Motivational Interviewing) from Stensunds Folkhögskola.
