Carsten Schøler Lass

Carsten Schøler Lass currently serves as Business Development Manager at Trifork since December 2023 and holds the position of CEO & Founder at Attitude2Perform since January 2020. As a Board Member for both Dantra A/S and Verdens Bedste Fødevarer since 2016 and 2022 respectively, Carsten brings a wealth of experience. In addition, Carsten is a Captain and Officer of Intelligence at the Danish Defence Command, a role held since August 2002. Previous roles include Partner & Director at POULSEN, Global Advisory Lead at Arla Foods, Head of Robotics at BILA A/S, and various management roles at Cultivator. Carsten holds multiple degrees from Aalborg University, including a Master in Business, Strategy, Organization & Leadership, alongside foundational military leadership training from both the Army Lieutenant School and Sergeant School.
