Jay Henry is a seasoned executive in the real estate investment sector, currently serving as Executive Managing Director and CEO of TriGate Capital, LLC since 2007, where the focus is on the recapitalization and repositioning of commercial real estate assets. Additionally, since 2003, Jay Henry has been the CEO of JAH Realty, L.P., a private operator of neighborhood retail properties in Texas and Oklahoma, managing a portfolio of 3 million square feet without outside capital partners. Prior to these roles, Jay Henry was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley from 1988 to 2003, where responsibilities included leadership positions such as Head of Europe and CFO of Funds. Educational achievements include an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and an AB in History from Dartmouth College.
