Paul Sharp

Paul Sharp is an experienced financial professional with a comprehensive background in commercial real estate and investment management. Currently serving as Managing Director at TriGate Capital since September 2013, Paul previously held the position of Senior Vice President. Prior roles include Vice President at iStar Financial from February 2004 to August 2013, and Vice President at Cousins Properties from 1997 to 2004. Additionally, Paul worked as an Asset Manager at J.E. Robert Companies from 1994 to 1997 and as a Section Leader at Lomas Mortgage from 1992 to 1994. Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
