Anna Åström

Head of Customer Success at Triggerbee

Anna Åström has worked in a variety of roles over the past five years. In 2019, they were the Head of Customer Success at Triggerbee and also served as a Customer Success Manager, where they were responsible for technical implementation and onboarding, system administration, configuration, and ongoing customer support. In 2018, they were the Marketing Manager at Yepstr. From 2015-2018, they were employed at Schibsted Media Group as an Ad Operations Coordinator, Team Leader Ad Operations, and Ad Operator. Additionally, they worked as a Web Administrator at SKB - Stockholms Kooperativa Bostadsförening, where they were responsible for setting up their new website using Wordpress. In 2015, they also worked as a Web Administrator at Frontit.

Anna Åström completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Stockholm University between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they attended Mikael Elias Teoretiska Gymnasium from 2008 to 2011, studying Naturvetenskap. In addition, Anna has obtained two certifications: JavaScript Essential Training from LinkedIn in September 2020, and AppNexus Platform Certificate: Buy-Side Essentials from AppNexus in June 2016.
