Dale Karsten

Dale Karsten is currently the Financial Controller Team Lead at Tiko, having previously held positions in financial management at BroadReach, where they advanced from Financial Assistant to Operations Accountant and ultimately to Financial Systems Manager. Before their time at BroadReach, Dale worked as a Finance and Operations Accountant at The Aurum Institute. Dale earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Africa between 2016 and 2022, and has a background in retail from their earlier roles at Melbro Wholesale and Ackermans. Driven by a passion to serve the community, Dale aims to make a positive impact for those in need.
