Hezkias Tadele is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management, technical leadership, and consultancy. Currently serving as the Technical Lead on Employment and Education at Triggerise since December 2021, Hezkias has developed and implemented programs aimed at facilitating the employment of vulnerable youth in Ethiopia. In addition, Hezkias has worked as an Associate Consultant for Index Business Development since March 2016, focusing on result-oriented monitoring and evaluation strategies. Previous roles include Project Coordinator Consultant at the International Foundation for Electoral Systems, Account Executive at Cactus PLC, and Project Officer at Talent Youth Association. Hezkias holds a Master’s degree in Project Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Addis Ababa University.
