Lauryn Gitahi is a Business Resilience specialist with three years of experience in developing and implementing resilience capabilities to address outages, capacity, and performance incidents. They hold a bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technology Management from Maseno University and are a certified ISO 27001 Implementer. Currently, Lauryn works as an Information Security Officer at Tiko, where they manage critical security functions, and previously served as an IT Business Continuity Management Analyst at NCBA Group, safeguarding essential bank services during disruptions. Lauryn has also gained experience as a SOC Analyst and was a Penetration Testing Intern at Virtually Testing Foundation.
