Lucia Jooste

Lucia Jooste is a seasoned Product Owner with extensive experience in the technology and banking sectors. Currently, Lucia serves as a Product Owner at Triggerise since June 2021, following a diverse tenure at DigiOutsource from October 2016 to May 2021, where roles included Product Owner, Data Acquirer, and Customer Service Representative. Prior to that, Lucia worked as a Bancs Systems Accountant at Capitec Bank from January 2015 to September 2016. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Information Systems from Cape Peninsula University of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Management from Fachhochschule Kärnten, complemented by a SAP University Alliance certificate in sales, distribution, and marketing acquired in 2013.
