Omer Avner is a passionate and customer-driven engineer specializing in cloud and edge computing. Currently serving as a Real Time AI Platform Engineer at Trigo since 2022, Omer develops Golang controllers for Kubernetes platforms, significantly enhancing delivery times and AI model serving capabilities. Omer also holds a position as an Edge Computing Platform Engineer with the Israel Defense Forces, where they developed k8s operators and designed a SaaS app store. Previous experience includes serving as a Cloud Engineer within the IDF, where Omer built secure lab platforms and led the first professional DevOps course. Omer is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science and Physics at ORT Technikum Givatayim.
