Jeff Eby

Jeff Eby currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for the Marine Gunner Association, a role focused on supporting transitioning Marine Gunners and fostering community among veterans in the infantry weapons officer population. Eby has held various positions at Trijicon, Inc. since 2010, including Project Management Consultant and Advanced Technology Program Manager, where responsibilities included researching and developing future optical solutions for military needs. Prior experience includes serving as a Doctrine Author with the Marine Corps Tactics & Operations Group and as an Infantry Weapons Officer at the Pentagon, advocating for Infantry forces in training and material solutions. Eby began military service as a Marine Gunner, responsible for developing training programs and serving as a subject matter expert on small arms use. Eby holds a BA in Liberal Arts from Excelsior University.
