Steven Freis

Steven Freis, PMP, currently serves as an Advanced Supplier Development Engineer at Trijicon, Inc., since April 2024. With extensive experience in engineering and program management, Steven has held several significant positions including Program Manager at A&D Technology and EAVX, and Engineering Project Manager at EOTECH. Prior to these roles, Steven was an Advanced Project Engineer at Tenneco Automotive, where responsibilities included thermo-mechanical materials testing of ceramic fibers for catalyst support designs. Steven began professional work as a Researcher at the University of Michigan, focusing on ceramic and polymer materials, and earlier as a Gauge Technician at Winsert, Inc. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Executive Management from The University of Toledo.
