Tom MacIak

Tom Maciak is an experienced engineering professional with a substantial background in mechanical, opto-mechanical, and electro-mechanical systems. Since November 2005, Tom has held the position of Engineering Technical Leader at Trijicon, Inc., where responsibilities include leading the design of Long Wave Infrared Thermal (LWIR) Systems and creating 3D models and 2D drawings in Creo. Previous roles at Trijicon included Senior Opto-Mechanical Engineer and R&D Engineering Supervisor, demonstrating expertise in optical engineering and project management. Prior to Trijicon, Tom served as a Mechanical Project Engineer at Michigan Custom Machines and Numatics Incorporated, focusing on automated testing and miniature pneumatic systems. Tom's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University and an Associate in Applied Science in Computer Aided Design/Mechanical Design from Schoolcraft College.
