As a young company from Ammerbuch near Stuttgart, our goal is to transform the digital production of orthopedic insoles. That's why we ensure that digital and analog technology optimally suits the needs of healthcare workers and end customers. With our know-how from orthopedic shoe technology, mechanical engineering and 3D printing, we develop flexible products for practical use.

With our hardware and software for multi-material printing, you can use the latest, tried-and-tested 3D printing technology for individual orthopedic insoles – in exactly the way it suits you. This allows you to work cost-efficiently, save material and energy, produce sustainably and at the same time meet the highest quality standards. The time saved allows you and your staff to focus on the essential aspects of your craft.

With our individual packages and flexible options, you retain full freedom of design:
- Buy or rent a printer or use our printing service
- Data upload online via upload portal or with the TRILAY app
- Modeling with your usual software, digitizing molds, using the insole configurator or using the modeling service

Our printing service will provide you with the finished, unrelated insert. This gives you the freedom to make final adjustments and source the insole according to customer requirements. The upload portal is intuitive to use and also allows you to select covers, stiffening elements, etc. In the app, you can also conveniently organize order processing and documentation on the iPad. The entire offer is system-open and easy to integrate into your established workflows.
