Tracy Cronin has a diverse work experience that spans from 2010 to the present. Tracy started their career at Phi Mu Foundation as an Operations & Events Manager, where they coordinated major donor events, implemented a new scholarship application program, and provided administrative support to the Executive Director. In 2016, Tracy joined Trilith Studios as an Office Coordinator. Tracy then advanced to the role of Executive Assistant to the President and Vice Presidents, where they managed information flow, scheduled meetings, prepared travel arrangements, and performed various administrative tasks. Currently, Tracy is a Program Manager in the Business Organization and Assessment department at Trilith Studios. In this role, they lead and coordinates projects to ensure quality improvement and customer satisfaction, analyzes workflows, and develops effective processes and procedures.

Tracy Cronin's education history began in 2005 when they enrolled at Georgia Southwestern State University. Tracy pursued a field of study in Business Administration, Management, and Operations but did not complete a degree. Following this, from 2007 to 2009, Tracy attended Southern Crescent Technical College and obtained an Associate's degree in Business and Office Technology. In 2014, Tracy undertook a Certification program in Advanced Principles of Graphic Design from Emory Continuing Education, which concluded in 2015. Currently, Tracy is pursuing a degree in Business Management at the University of West Georgia and is expected to graduate in 2024.
