Arthur Michel

Arthur Michel currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Trilogy, overseeing AI-first operational excellence for ESW Capital and associated divisions. Holding a position as a Limited Partner at Hungry Ghost Coffee since 2017, Arthur contributes to the rapid expansion of the coffee brand. Previously, Arthur was COO at Skyvera, managing telco software companies and enhancing customer support and product innovation. Experience includes roles at ESW Capital focusing on Professional Services & Support, and SVP of Global Sales & Strategic Accounts at Aurea Software, enhancing customer experiences for prominent brands. Earlier career highlights include leadership positions at Jive Software, J.P. Morgan, HP, Allstate, and tenfold Software. Arthur earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and attended the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy.
