Boris Gaponenko began their work experience in 2007 at USS as an Engineer of Information Security and networking technologies. Boris then became the Manager of Information Security and network division from August 2008 to April 2013. In April 2013, Boris joined Cryptosoft as a Network Security Engineer for a brief period before becoming a Product Manager from December 2013 to September 2017. Boris then moved to Trilogy where they held various roles, including Security Specialist from September to December 2017, SaaS Security SEM from December 2017 to February 2019, and currently serves as a Security Analyst starting from March 2019.
Boris Gaponenko completed their education in a chronological order. Boris attended the International Relationship Lyceum № 51 in Kyiv from 1992 to 2002, where they studied specialized English. After that, they enrolled in the Telecommunication and Information Security Institute under the NTUU KPI and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication Division from 2002 to 2006. During this time, they specialized in Telecommunication. Following this, Boris pursued a Telecommunication specialty from 2006 to 2007 at the Telecommunication and Information Security Institute under the NTUU KPI. Boris also attended the Cisco Networking Academy in 2012 and 2013, where they focused on CCNA, CCNA Security, and CCNP in Routing & Switching and Security. In addition to their education, Boris has obtained several certifications including Aruba Certified Mobility Professional from Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, Cisco CCNA and CCNP Security from Cisco, Fortinet Certified Network Security Administrator from Fortinet, and HPE ATP FlexNetwork Solutions, ATP Server Solutions, and Meridian from HP UK.
