Cathy Walter

Cathy Walter has over 10 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Cathy started their career at The Care Group, LLC in 2003 where they served as a Practice Manager/RN until 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Staff RN at St. Vincent Hospital Carmel, Indiana. In 2010, they joined American Senior Communities as an Assistant Director of Nursing until 2012. Following that, Cathy worked at CarDon and Associates as a Director of Nursing for six months. Since 2013, they have been working at Trilogy as a Director of Health Services, where they are responsible for planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the nursing department.
