Ruchi Baid has a diverse work experience with various organizations. Ruchi started their career at Shishu Sarothi as a Teaching Volunteer in 2018. Ruchi then served as a Teaching Volunteer at Masakkali from November 2019 to December 2021. In 2018, they also joined Women Welfare Advisory Committee (WWAC) as an Executive Member until May 2021.

In 2018, Ruchi also started working as a Graphic Designer at Womenite, where they remained until June 2019.
