Tim Courtenay

Tim Courtenay has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Tim is currently the VP of Sales at Trilogy since August 2021. Prior to that, they were self-employed from March 2020 to October 2021. Tim has a long tenure at ATIO CORPORATION (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED, where they served as the Managing Director of the telecoms division from July 2004 to December 2019. Before that, they were the Managing Director at X-PLOR Telecoms from June 1999 to June 2004. Tim also held various roles at Irdeto from June 1995 to June 1999, including Business Development Executive, Program Manager, and Project Manager. Tim started their career at MTN South Africa as a Transmission Manager from January 1994 to June 1995. Tim began their professional journey as a Senior Software Development Engineer at M.A.M.I. and worked there from January 1990 to December 1993.

Tim Courtenay pursued their education in a disciplined and focused manner. From 1998 to 2002, they attended Henley Business School, earning a diploma in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, Tim spent five years studying at the University of Cape Town, starting from 1985 and completing their studies in 1990. During this time, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Tim's educational background reflects their interest in both business administration and engineering.
