Essence Cole has a diverse background in community engagement and healthcare support. Experience at Denison University includes serving as a Community Advisor, where skills in conflict resolution and event organization were developed, and as an Anderson Summer Research Scholar, focusing on the holistic experiences of Black women during the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, Essence holds positions as Assistant Clinical Coordinator at Northshore Pediatric Therapy and Residential Specialist at Trilogy, along with previous roles as a Student Behavior Analyst at The Place for Children with Autism and Direct Support Professional at CDS. Essence has a Bachelor’s degree in Global Health and Psychology from Denison University and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology.
