Amanda Sarti

Amanda Sarti has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Amanda began their career in 2002 with Vail Resorts, where they held various roles including Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Supervisor/Manager. Amanda then moved on to work as a Human Resources Director at The Lodge at Vail, A RockResort and Tempo Miami, A RockResort. In 2011, Amanda became the Sr. Human Resources Manager at Vail Resorts before eventually being promoted to the position of Director of Human Resources, Hospitality & Real Estate.

After leaving Vail Resorts in 2017, Amanda started their own consulting firm called Sherpa HR LLC, where they served as the Founder and HR Consultant. Amanda also worked with Turning the Corner, LLC as a Senior HR Consultant and later as the Director & Consultant for HR Services.

In 2022, Amanda joined The Collective as the VP of People before transitioning to Trilon Group as the VP of Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness.

Amanda Sarti also took a brief break from their professional career in 2017 to focus on being a traveler and a stay at home mom for the Sarti Family. Overall, Amanda's work experience showcases their expertise in HR consulting, leadership, and organizational effectiveness.
