Bob Chapman

Bob Chapman has a range of work experience spanning various roles and companies. Bob is currently the SVP, Chief People Officer at Trilon Group, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to their current role, Bob was the SVP, Chief People Officer at Brown and Caldwell from October 2014 to August 2022. Before that, they worked as the Sr. Director, Talent Management at Xcel Energy from July 2011 to September 2014. Bob also has experience in organizational development and talent acquisition, having held roles such as Director Organizational Development and Director Talent Acquisition at Vail Resorts from 2008 to 2011. Bob Chapman earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Buffalo State University in 1997. Bob went on to pursue a Masters degree in Organizational Development from Canisius College, which they completed in 2006. Additionally, Bob obtained a certification in Sustainable Capitalism & ESG from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, although the start and end years for this certification were not provided.
