Nicholas DeMeo

Nicholas DeMeo has a diverse range of work experiences, starting with their current position as the SVP of Strategy & Operations | Community Infrastructure at Trilon Group in 2023. Prior to this role, they held the position of Vice President of Business Operations at the same company from 2022 to 2023. In 2021, Nicholas served as a Corporate Strategy Intern at Emerson. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at DuPont as a Run Plant Engineer II & Relief Front Line Supervisor, where they were responsible for manufacturing engineering and supervisory tasks, including Process Safety Management activities and continuous improvement projects. Before that, from 2016 to 2018, they were a Process Engineer at Crown Poly Inc, where they managed a team and focused on maintaining and improving blown film extrusion lines. In 2015, Nicholas was a Teaching Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and also worked as a Process Contact Engineer Intern at ExxonMobil, where they handled troubleshooting and process improvements. In 2014, they worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and as an REU Student at Northern Illinois University.

Nicholas DeMeo pursued their education at Harvard Business School from 2020 to 2022, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Prior to this, they attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
